Welcome to Forreels. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, website, services, and any content or interactions provided by Forreels Inc., a U.S.-based company incorporated in Delaware.


By accessing or using Forreels, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Forreels, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Verification

Users may be required to create an account and undergo identity verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Forreels lawfully and respectfully. This includes:

• Not misrepresenting your identity, services, or availability.
• Not posting or transmitting harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Keeping all communication on-platform for transparency and security.

4. SuperProducers and Client Features

SuperProducers and Client Features Exclusive features, including Project dashboards, Collaborations, and Favorites, are available to verified SuperProducers and Clients. Unauthorized access, use, or impersonation may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms

Forreels facilitates payments between users through integrated third-party payment processors like Stripe. Users must connect their accounts and agree to the processor’s terms. Forreels may hold funds in escrow until services are delivered.

• Fees : Forreels takes a platform fee from each transaction. Details are specified during collaboration setup.
• Disputes : All payment-related disputes must be filed within 7 days of service completion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including design, text, visuals, and code, is the property of Forreels or its licensors. Users retain rights to content they upload but grant Forreels a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it for promotional and operational purposes.

7. Global Use Disclaimer

Forreels is a U.S.-based platform launching globally. Users from other countries are welcome, but you are responsible for complying with local laws and tax obligations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Forreels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Delaware law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You agree that any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the updated version.
